ANTA Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. ANTA Loyalty Program applications are open to the public who make any purchase except employees and staff of ANTA Malaysia (under AVID SPORTS MALAYSIA SDN BHD).

2. Malaysia residents and non-residents over 18 years old with local mobile numbers are eligible.

3. By utilizing the benefits and privileges of ANTA Loyalty Program, members are deemed to agree and accept the terms and conditions of this loyalty program.

4. ANTA Loyalty Program and membership is non-transferable or refundable.

5. Members are required to present their NRIC itself for verification when collecting birthday privileges and points redemption rewards at participating ANTA Malaysia stores only.

6. ANTA loyalty points are earned based on the net amount paid by the customer (for both full-price and discounted items) as reflected in the official invoice / receipt (excluding GST or SST, as applicable). Each point is earned with every RM1 spent. The earning of each point is based on the tiers decided by ANTA in its sole discretion.

7. ANTA loyalty points can only be redeemed when making any offline purchase of full-priced merchandise at participating ANTA Malaysia stores only.

8. The redemption of ANTA loyalty points are NOT applicable to combine with in-store promotion, privilege card, discounts, vouchers and coupons.

9. ANTA loyalty points and redemption are non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.

10. Once reward points have been redeemed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

11. Balance of reward points cannot be carried forward more than 24 months and will be forfeited on 31 Dec in the following year.

12. Only one (1) member is allowed to redeem the reward points within a single receipt and combining of multiple members reward points for a single item or receipt are not allowed.

13. Any item purchased by using point redemption is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

14. The Birthday discount can only be applied on full-priced merchandise at participating ANTA Malaysia stores (valid on a maximum of RM1,000 worth of ANTA full-priced merchandise) and cannot be clubbed with any other discounts, vouchers, coupons and rewards points.

15. By signing up ANTA Loyalty Program, you agree that:
you have read, understood and accepted the terms & conditions; you are eligible for Membership; and you agree that AVID SPORTS MALAYSIA SDN BHD may collect and disclose your data obtained by us as a result of your membership, for purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our privacy policy.
In the event of any abuse of the ANTA Loyalty Program and its benefits or providing incorrect details by any customer, without prejudice to its legal rights and remedies, AVID SPORTS MALAYSIA SDN BHD reserves the right to terminate the
membership of that customer or withdraw the benefits at its sole discretion (including forfeiture of all points earned).
The customer shall not be entitled to any benefits, if found to be involved in any act of fraud, shoplifting, cheating or any unlawful act.

16. Promotional materials will only be sent to members who meet the minimum criteria as determined by ANTA (under AVID SPORTS MALAYSIA SDN BHD).

17. Members have to write in to marketing@anta.com.my for any cancellation on membership.

18. Members are advised to notify any participating ANTA Malaysia stores of any changes of mailing address or other personal particulars to avoid correspondence being sent to incorrect address, e-mailbox or mobile phone.

19. ANTA Loyalty Program is subject to "Force Majeure events" and AVID SPORTS MALAYSIA SDN BHD shall have no obligation to offer any of the benefits during the pendency of the "Force Majeure events".

20. Point redemption and collection are not eligible for transactions carried out at factory outlets or departmental stores, including but not limited to ANTA and ANTA Kids stores/counters at Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, Johor Premium Outlets Malaysia, Design Village Outlet Mall, Gateway@KLIA2, Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA, Parkson, and SOGO Kuala Lumpur.

21. The management of AVID SPORTS MALAYSIA SDN BHD reserves the right to add, alter, amend and revise these Terms & Conditions of ANTA Loyalty Program without prior notice. Any new or amended terms & conditions will override the existing ANTA VIP membership terms & conditions.
