ANTA KAI 1 Triple Black Official Shoe Launch - Terms and Conditions
1. Physical Store Launch
1.1 The physical store launch is valid on 29 June 2024, Saturday while stocks last, first come first served.
1.2 Each customer is limited to purchasing only one pair of KAI 1 Triple Black shoes.
2. Queue In Black Shoe Raffle Terms and Conditions:
2.1 The queue in black shoe raffle is valid on 29 June 2024, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:59 PM.
2.2 The raffle is valid only at ANTA, Sunway Pyramid.
Raffle Mechanics:
a. Eligibility:
• Purchase any ANTA KAI item (shoes, shirts, shorts, caps, balls, accessories, etc.) to participate.
• Bring your official receipt if you purchased ANTA products before the event.
• All participants must be ANTA Malaysia members.
b. Earning Raffle Entries:
• Base Entry: Purchase any ANTA KAI item.
• Bonus Entries for Wearing Black:
▪ Wear one piece of black apparel or shoes: 1 additional raffle entry.
▪ Wear two pieces of black apparel or shoes: 2 additional raffle entries.
▪ Wear a black top, black bottom, and black shoes: 3 additional raffle entries.
c. Raffle Entry Process:
• After purchasing an ANTA KAI item, present your receipt and your outfit to the cashier.
• The staff will verify your purchase and outfit.
• You will receive a raffle ticket(s) to fill in your name and phone number.
• Drop your completed raffle ticket(s) into the raffle box.
d. Raffle Ticket Distribution:
• Tickets will be distributed until 1:59 PM. No tickets will be given out after this time.
e. Raffle Draw:
• The draw will take place at 2:00 PM.
• One winner will be drawn from all the tickets.
• The prize is the final shoe available in the store (no size changes allowed).
f. Winner Announcement:
• The winner will be announced on the spot.
• The winner must respond within three calls.
• If there is no response after three calls, another ticket will be drawn.
g. Important Notes:
• Ensure you are a registered ANTA Malaysia member to participate.
• Check the timing and ensure you submit your entries before 1:59 PM.
• The prize is the last shoe available in the store, and the size cannot be changed.
a. All activities are exclusively for ANTA members.
b. ANTA staff are ineligible to participate in the activities for using cash vouchers and staff discount codes for the purchase of KAI 1 Triple Black.
4. General Terms:
a. The offer is valid only for ANTA members and on ANTA’s official channels.
b. The offer may not be combined with other promotions, including welcome & birthday rebates, member discounts, and staff purchases.
c. Each customer is limited to purchasing only one pair of KAI 1 Triple Black shoes.
d. ANTA reserves the right to alter, suspend, withdraw, or extend any offers at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
e. By participating in any of the activities, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
f. KAI items sold in conjunction with the participation of the above activities are NOT exchangeable or refundable.
5. Disclaimer:
a. ANTA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the activities or the use or misuse of any products obtained through these activities.
b. ANTA reserves the right to decide on any dispute arising from or in connection with the promotion. ANTA’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
By participating in any of the activities during the ANTA KAI 1 Triple Black Shoe Launch, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
