We’re launching a new and improved membership portal designed to streamline how you access and manage your ANTA membership. The update will be done on 29 August and fully online on 30 August 2024. It includes:

Points Redemption and Usage 

200 ANTA Points = RM5 off 
350 ANTA Points = RM10 off

Notes

Members can earn points by purchasing products at ANTA’s designated sales channels (Offline Stores and Online Store at my.anta.com in Malaysia) and completing successful transactions.

  • Actual Payment Amount: The total amount paid through cash, bank card, online/mobile payment, etc.
  • Successful Transaction: A transaction with no returns or issues (including quality problems not caused by the customer).

Points Expiration and Usage

  • Points cannot be used on limited edition products (e.g., ANTA KAI 1) or at outlet stores
  • Expiration: Points expire 1 year from the date they are earned.
  • Member Portal: Members can view their points details, including membership level, accumulated points, and purchase history, in the Member Portal.
  • Points Redemption are capped at RM200 per day until further notice.

Points Crediting

  • For Offline Stores: Points are credited on the day of purchase.
  • For Online Store (my.anta.com): Points are credited upon shipping of the purchase from the warehouse.

Exceptions: Members will not accumulate spending amounts or receive points in the following situations:

  • Non-Designated Channels: Purchases made through non-designated channels, including e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop Distributors, and clearance outlets such as Mitsui, Design Village Outlet, GPO, KLIA and JPO.
  • Promotional Gifts and Giveaways: Items received through promotional activities or giveaways.
  • Staff Purchases: Transactions made by ANTA staff.
  • Reseller Purchases: Transactions involving resold items.
  • Unsuccessful or Returned Orders: Points will not be awarded for unsuccessful purchases or returned orders. Points will be deducted for returns.
  • Abnormal Accounts: Transactions from duplicate or abnormal accounts.
  • Special Events: Purchases during special events with specific rules.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Transactions made by individuals other than the member, if the member is not present.

Additional Notes

  • Personal Use Only: Member benefits, including points, are for personal use and cannot be transferred, assigned, or gifted to others. They are non-transferable, non-inheritable, and non-redeemable except as specified in these regulations.
  • No Refunds or Reimbursements: Points cannot be refunded or reimbursed.
  • Exclusions: Points cannot be used at ANTA clearance outlets.
  • New Member Welcome Voucher: Applicable for sales at official offline stores (excluding clearance outlets) and normal priced items only.

Q. Will my ANTA membership points transfer to the new Membership Portal?
Yes, your ANTA membership points will be migrated and will be visible in the new Membership Portal.

Q. Where can I accumulate points?
Points can be accumulated at ANTA’s designated sales channels, including offline stores and the online store at my.anta.com. Points cannot be accumulated through non-designated channels like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop Distributors, or clearance outlets such as Mitsui, Design Village Outlet, GPO KLIA and JPO.

Q. Where can I redeem points?
Points can only be redeemed at ANTA’s designated offline sales channels. Redemption is not available through non-designated channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop Distributors, or clearance outlets like Mitsui, Design Village Outlet, GPO KLIA and JPO.

Q. Will I still receive a member discount?
Your membership discount will be updated according to the revised Membership Tiers and Benefits. Please refer to the table above for details.
