This Return, Exchange and Refund Policy is applicable only to items purchased from our official website.
Return Eligibility Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no defects, with original tags, and in its original packaging intact. You will also need to present the original receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. All risks in shipping the item to us shall be borne by you. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item which is being returned to us.
We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the item before accepting any returns, exchanges or refunds. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected item to you.

Defective or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at myonline@anta.com.my immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds will be based on the value of the item as reflected on your receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
You will need to write in to us at myonline@anta.com.my before returning the item for exchange or your exchange request may be rejected.
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn or unused with original tags and packaging intact). Kindly note that exchanges can only be done for the same item but in a different colour/size.
The exchange item will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless the exchange item is defective.
Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Items
This Return, Exchange and Refund Policy does not apply to items with marked down prices, as they will be sold as is.
Abuse of Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who make fraudulent returns, violate and/or abuse the terms of this Return, Exchange and Refund Policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive returns, returning items that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, etc.
Amendment
We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, amend the terms of this Return, Exchange and Refund Policy at any time and without notice to you.
