Terms and Conditions: 

1. Eligibility:

   - Open to Malaysian citizens. Underaged participants of the Basketball Clinic need to indicate parents' or guardians' consent to join this event. 

   - Participants must have a valid email address and Malaysian phone number to enter.

   - ANTA employees and family members are not eligible to participate in this event. 

2. Entry Method:

   - Only ANTA members can participate in this event. 

- Spend RM200 or above in a single receipt at ANTA shops from 1 Dec 2023 to 7 Dec 2023 to gain one entry to join this event. 

   - ANTA reserves the right to determine the validity of an entry.  

5. Prizes:

   - 30 x free registration of ANTA World Hoops Basketball Clinic. Winners must pay for their own travel, accommodation and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winners’ claiming and/or acceptance of the prize.

   - Each participant is eligible for 1 prize only. 

• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

6. Entry Deadline:

   - Entries must be submitted by 7 December 2023, 11:59 p.m. Late entries will not be considered.

7. Winner Selection:

   - All winners will be selected at ANTA’s discretion based on the rules and criteria set for this event. ANTA is not obliged to entertain any correspondence relating to the decision of ANTA.

• Winners will be contacted via email or direct message within 3 days after the event ends.

   - The winners must respond to the notification email/direct message in writing within 1 day from the date of the notification to claim the prize, failing which the prize shall be treated as unclaimed and shall be deemed forfeited. ANTA reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s) at its sole discretion.

9. Personal Data & Privacy:

   - By participating in this event, participants consent to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of participants’ data (including personal data) in accordance with ANTA privacy policy.

   - The purposes for which personal data collected by ANTA from participants may be used and/or shared with third parties include but are not limited to conducting and administering this event and communicating with participants in relation to this event, facilitating the selection and notification of prize winners, promoting and advertising the prize winners, and for ANTA to fulfil its obligations under these terms & conditions.

   - Participants represent and warrant that the personal data which participants disclose to ANTA during the event participation process is true, complete and accurate. ANTA shall not be held liable and shall be fully indemnified by participants for any incorrect or inaccurate personal data provided.

   - To promote and advertise this event, ANTA reserves the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in this event, participants consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers as customers participating in this event and consent to the use of such images, films or recordings for public transmission and for the marketing and publicity materials of ANTA.

   - By accepting a prize, each prize winner consents to the collection and public disclosure of the prize winner’s full name and image recordings for audit, publicity and/or commercial purposes in relation to any and all of ANTA promotional and marketing activities, including this event.

10. Prize Redemption:

   - The winners are required to visit the designated store (TRX ANTA Adult) to collect the prizes within 2 weeks from the date of the notification. Winners could opt to send representatives to claim the prize with proof of notification email and ID copy of the winner. 

11. General Terms and Conditions:

   - The decision of ANTA on all matters relating to this event and these terms and conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.

   - By participating in this event, participants agree to these terms and conditions. ANTA reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions as it deems fit, without prior notice. 

   - ANTA makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions or as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of any content or information regarding this event contained on ANTA official website, or on any event-related collaterals/ materials. All information is accurate at time of print/ publishing. ANTA shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, damages, loss, injury or inconvenience arising from the materials published or printed in relation to this event.  

- ANTA reserves the right to amend, modify or delete any content and information regarding this event on ANTA official website or on event-related collaterals/ materials and/or to correct any errors in any notified event mechanics, evaluation of the event submissions, or event results and winners at any time, without providing any prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective and binding once it has been updated on ANTA’s official website. ANTA accepts no liabilities arising from or in connection with these corrections or amendments, including without limitation any liabilities from the change in the winners resulting from the correction.

   - ANTA reserves the right to cancel this event if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.
